Bedtime Helper gets a makeover

Bedtime Helper helps users build and follow a personalised bedtime routine so they can create health sleep habits. And it just got a major update!

We completely changed the app design to make it easier to use. Sleep and notification times are handily displayed on the home screen for easy editing. There is a quick way to edit the bedtime routine and many more personalisation options have been added, such as choosing different notification sounds or modes for the app.

And we had lots of fun in the process! We built the new design on the old themes of sleepy sheep on rolling hills, but we have now added an ocean theme with whale songs for bedtime and a forest theme with nightingale sounds.

Best of all, the app is now free!

With options to make cool in-app purchases
